Genesee Pilates

Bringing Pilates to Perry, NY since 2016

Experience an exercise method that prepares you for life.

❋ What is Pilates?

Pilates is full-body exercise system focusing on core strength, posture, mobility, and body awareness through precise movements. The method is based on the principles and exercises organized by Joseph Pilates who began teaching in the United States in the 1920s. Pilates involves special equipment designed to add support and resistance. It can also be practiced on a mat with only your own body weight.

Community is at the heart of our studio. Our small group classes combine the benefits of private training with the connection, community and energy of a group fitness class.

Our reformer studio features Balanced Body Allegro reformers.

Reformer classes are limited to 4 participants. Mat, barre and yoga may have up to 8 students.

How It Works
  • It’s free and easy. Our studio portal makes it easy to contact us, book classes and keep track of your schedule.

  • Browse the schedule for a class that peaks your interest. Not seeing a time or day that works for you? Reach out for more options. We suggest starting with an Intro, level 1 or mat class, when possible.

We have two class categories. Make sure to select the right tab on the registration page:

    • Mat / Yoga /Barre

    • Reformer

    • Click “enroll in class” to sign up for the full winter session. Your spot will be reserved for all 12 weeks. If you join late, you’ll be pro-rated the difference.

    • Click “pick dates to drop in” if you want to book just one week or class at a time.

Don’t see a drop in option? It means that class is full for the semester.

  • When you sign up you’ll get a list of studio policies to review.

  • Now all that’s left to do is grab your grip socks and show up for class. Still have questions? You’ll find a handy chat feature in the studio portal to reach us right away.

Pricing

We offer session-based pricing. Spring session is 8 weeks and divided into two monthly installments. “A la carte” class pricing is also available for students who require flexibility from week to week.

  • Book open class spots based on availability.

    • $16 - Mat & Yoga Class
